We lease properties from landlords looking for a hassle-free investment that offers a steady income based on a company let agreement.
The lease duration typically lasts between 3 to 5 years, during which we will provide you with a set rental income. Our clients will occupy the property for short stays, but the contractual responsibilities lie with us. We will handle all bill payments and serve as the primary contact point.
